A company is looking for a Call Center Advisor 1 - Bilingual
Canadian French.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first-tier customer service support for inbound calls and
emails from Canadian customers and vet practices
Address customer needs, complaints, and issues while maintaining
accurate records of conversations
Collaborate with other departments to resolve problems and advocate
for customers
Required Qualifications
Bilingual in Canadian French and English
High School diploma or G.E.D
At least 1 year of customer service experience
Computer skills and familiarity with business applications
Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
