A company is looking for an Operations Investigations
Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain subject matter expertise in platform integrity operations
and complete core work and escalations
Investigate complex situations and potential brand risks, and
document investigations comprehensively
Collaborate with cross-functional groups to enhance internal
policies and tools, and identify trends and product
vulnerabilities
Required Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in risk management, fraud prevention, or
Trust and Safety
Familiarity with Google suite and customer ticketing systems
Strong investigative ability and experience with due diligence and
internet research
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and adapt
to changing priorities
Experience in maintaining confidentiality while performing
investigations
