Job Description:
A company is looking for a Real-Time Operations
Specialist/Timekeeping Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and adjust agent status, staffing levels, and schedules in
real-time
Audit and reconcile employee timecards for accuracy and
compliance
Generate workforce headcount quotes and assist with workforce
planning
Required Qualifications
At least one year of experience in workforce management or contact
center operations
Proven experience with timekeeping systems and auditing
processes
Proficiency in spreadsheets and database software
Familiarity with workforce management systems and call management
technology
Fluent in ASL and knowledgeable about Deaf culture
