Job Description:
- Create a positive and engaging first impression for all
employees and guests.
- Coordinates showroom programs for the organization including
greeting and helping guests and visitors, showroom events, showroom
cleanliness, order and maintenance, facilities management, mail and
packages, and marketing assistance as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders and employees to
share knowledge and improve outcomes.Performance
- Greet and service showroom guests, walk-in customers and
vendors.
- Manage administrative duties at the Pan American location
including: mail, shipping, ordering and stocking copier paper and
other office supplies, etc.
- Daily showroom inspections and periodic employee communications
to compel alignment with aesthetic guidelines.
- Liaison to service providers for showroom audio/visual and
printing equipment maintenance. Also onsite point of contact for
user-assistance, trouble-shooting and repair calls.
- Printing and binding marketing packages.
- Assist Sales Manager and Sales Associate Manager with all
showroom events, including room set-up (furniture and equipment),
catering, set up, bartending and break down.
- Think creatively to create unique and memorable showroom
experiences for our employees and guests.
- Assist Sales Associates with Folder Label Creation and
Operations Manager with daily assigned tasks.ESSENTIAL
