JOB SUMMARYThe Leasing Professional is responsible for executing the community's marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals. The Leasing Professional will perform all activities related to leasing to new residents, providing resident satisfaction through the term of the lease, and securing resident lease renewals.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greeting, qualifying, touring, and closing prospects.
• Proactively manage outreach and lead generation, converting leads into leases. This includes interacting with neighborhood groups and community organizations.
• Provide a professional, positive, and engaging experience for prospects while touring the apartment homes and community.
• Assist in the preparation of marketing material to include newsletters, market surveys, and resident activities.
• Use property management software to track availability, record traffic, and leasing activities, manage resident and prospect data, and capture demographic information about existing and future residents.
• Process applications, leases, and move-in paperwork.
• Assist and/or work during onsite events as needed.
• Improve resident retention and assist with securing renewals from existing residents.
• Walk tour route and show apartment homes ensuring they are up to the Company's standards, perform sparkle cleaning as necessary.JOB REQUIREMENTS*** Licensed Realtors or Brokers: It is against company policy to practice while employed by Trilogy. Active licenses must be placed on hold and not used if employed by Trilogy. ***
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in property management or sales and customer service.
  • Must have a valid Driver's License (copy of valid license will be required for personnel file).
  • Lease-Up or New Development experience preferred.
  • Yardi or other property management software experience is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, social media, and other marketing and advertising platforms.
  • Team player, self-motivated, responsible, accountable, and mature, with a desire to excel and grow.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Hourly: $18.00-$19.00Various benefits are available: Continuous training, paid holidays, paid time off, 401k, housing discount and medical benefits.
