Chicago, ILHybridDirect Hire$150k - $180kA global forward-thinking trading firm focused on integrating automation, AI, and data driven solutions is looking for software engineers eager to apply their technical skills to low-latency trading environment. You will collaborate with traders and researchers to design, develop, test and deploy trading strategies. This role focuses on building out software that processes vast amounts of data to fuel sophisticated, high-speed strategies, ensuring we capitalize on market opportunities faster than their competitors.You'll apply your expertise in parallel computing, trading systems, and performance optimization, overseeing both technical work and architectural design. As a leader, you'll manage projects and team growth while developing software within Agile frameworks. This position is on a Hybrid basis, reporting to offices in the Chicago Loop.
