Job Description:
A company is looking for a Hospital Follow-Up Associate II to
investigate and resolve hospital accounts and unpaid claims.
Key Responsibilities
Investigate and examine sources of hospital denials using knowledge
of coding and billing
Read and interpret reimbursement information from EOBs and
understand relevant legal parameters
Collaborate with third-party payers and internal teams to resolve
unpaid claims and adverse benefit determinations
Required Qualifications
Experience with Epic EMR system
Hospital billing experience
Extensive knowledge of the health insurance industry, including
Commercial Insurances, Medicare, and Medicaid
High School diploma
