Job Description:
A company is looking for a Peer-to-Peer Nurse Author to review
cases for authorization denials and evaluate documentation for
proper billing and care settings.
Key Responsibilities
Write clinical consultations evaluating authorization requests and
supporting documentation
Evaluate and interpret various hospital documentation related to
requested authorizations
Provide feedback on root cause analysis of specific cases to client
hospitals
Required Qualifications
Active RN license
3+ years of recent acute, hospital-based clinical experience in a
medical/surgical unit, emergency department, and/or ICU
