We're looking for a Director of Performance Management who will
drive our performance management strategy to continuously evolve
how we evaluate, develop, and invest in our talent. In this role,
you'll lead the design, development, and delivery of performance
management strategies that are aligned with our organizational
objectives and future of work vision. This is a highly
collaborative role where you'll work cross-functionally with COEs,
Employee Success partners, business partners, and Technology teams
to build industry leading performance processes that leverage the
latest advancements in AI and technology. You will oversee
performance programs from strategy to execution, ensuring we
identify, measure, and differentiate performance in meaningful ways
that enhance employee growth, engagement, and impact.
What You'll Do:
You have deep expertise in performance management and talent
development. You're skilled at designing strategies that align with
business objectives, and you leverage your subject-matter expertise
to ensure initiatives are impactful and successfully integrated
into the business.
You have experience leading complex, large-scale talent management
programs. You're both a strategic thinker and detail-oriented
operator, skilled at ensuring the seamless execution and
integration of programs within the broader organization.
You possess strong data analytics skills and are fluent in
translating data into actionable insights. Your recommendations are
well-founded, balancing quantitative insights with business
priorities and stakeholder needs.
You excel at leading high-performing, cross-functional teams,
fostering an environment where collaboration and innovation thrive.
You are committed to developing talent, empowering your team to
deliver results that align with our goals and elevate the employee
experience.
You excel at identifying synergies across projects, eliminating
redundancies, and ensuring maximum impact. You have a knack for
engaging the right experts and stakeholders to build solutions that
are comprehensive and collaborative.
You thrive in fast-paced environments, embracing continuous
learning and a culture of iteration. You quickly adapt to evolving
business needs, translating them into impactful talent strategies

hiring range for this position is $159,000 to $230,600.For
Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this
position is $174,800 to $253,600. For California-based roles, the
base salary hiring range for this position is $190,800 to $276,600.
Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as
location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
