and Abortion ServicesThe Health Center Manager is responsible for
the successful operation of the assigned Health Center, supervision
of health center staff, and monitoring all agency programmatic and
fiscal goals. The Health Center Manager will maintain in these
activities a customer service orientation and comply with the
protocols, policies, and procedures of Planned Parenthood of
Illinois. This position works under the supervision of the Regional
Director of Clinical Operations.Essential Functions:
- Oversee personnel, systems, and facilities to achieve agency
programmatic and fiscal goals.
- Lead the Health Center's efforts to achieve annual plans and
compliance with organizational guidelines.
- Administer abortion and family planning services programs to
meet agency goals.
- Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate staff.
- Construct the weekly staff schedule and oversee patient
care.
- Enhance staff skills and leadership development.
- Enable health center management team to manage operating plans
and budgets.
- Analyze health center trends and adjust operations
accordingly.
- Maintain efficient health center chart management system.
- Ensure timely delivery of data to administrative offices.
- Execute and record financial transactions accurately.
- Oversee financial and risk management activities.
- Ensure timely submission of third-party payer claims
forms.
- Maintain quality patient services and compliance rates.
- Manage health center facilities.Other Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with all regulations.
- Participate in system improvements.
- Build and maintain community relationships.
- Stay informed about family planning methods and related
issues.
- Demonstrate commitment to PPIL core values.

provisions of wage and salary regulations.Qualifications:Education:
Bachelor's degree preferred, with course work in administration or
marketing desirable.Experience: Three to five years' managerial
experience in health care or customer-service business.Personal &
Professional Qualities: Commitment to efficient, customer-oriented
service; excellent communication skills; strong leadership and
organizational skills; creativity, initiative, and decision-making
skills; bilingual ability in Spanish is helpful; high energy level
and ability to foster teamwork.Must be willing to work a schedule
that may include evening and weekend hours.Planned Parenthood works
