Key Responsibilities
Develop tailored solutions and grow client relationships in managed

enhancing service lines
Oversee the execution of managed service engagements, ensuring
timely and budget-compliant delivery
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 3-10 years of relevant experience in managed
services or IT infrastructure management
Proven experience in leading complex service delivery engagements
in a global enterprise setting
Strong business development acumen with a track record of
identifying new business opportunities
Experience with solution engineering and customizing service
offerings to meet client needs
Proven leadership and team management skills in client-facing
roles
