Job Description:

A company is looking for an Associate Narrative Design Director to oversee the Narrative Design discipline across its global studio and portfolio of games.



Key Responsibilities

Support the integration of narrative design into R&D game projects and collaborate with Game Directors
Act as a trusted creative partner to set the foundations of original IP across multiple games and media
Guide and mentor narrative design talent while maintaining quality standards for the discipline


Required Qualifications

Creative aptitude and game design craft to collaborate with various directors
Experience designing narrative systems for free-to-play live service games, preferably mobile
Ability to structure, hire, and lead a team of narrative designers and writers
Proven narrative design and writing talent with a solid understanding of design principles
Enthusiasm for mentoring and elevating team members to achieve excellence in narrative design
