Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Subscription Churn and
Retention to oversee strategies aimed at reducing customer churn
and improving retention for subscription services.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies to improve customer retention and
enhance satisfaction
Oversee the subscription management process and ensure compliance
with policies
Lead and mentor a team of retention specialists while monitoring
performance metrics
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in customer retention or subscription
management
Proven experience in managing retention programs and teams
Strong knowledge of subscription management software and
systems
Experience in customer retention and reducing churn rates is highly
desirable
Knowledge of the D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) business model is a
plus
