Job Description:
A company is looking for a Vice President, Digital Sales - AWS
(Remote).
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing guidance on AWS
services for enhancing customer experience
Generate and manage pipeline growth, overseeing sales opportunities
from inception to close
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and AWS to propose
professional services that meet customer needs
Required Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in selling CX/Contact Center professional
services
5+ years of experience selling directly to enterprise-level
customers
Proven ability to develop long-term relationships with business
leaders and decision-makers
Strong understanding of Amazon Connect and other AWS services
preferred
Industry experience in Retail, Financial Services, Travel
Hospitality, and/or Healthcare preferred
