Job Description:
A company is looking for a Collections Support 2 Hourly.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with past due customers to negotiate payment
arrangements and resolve delinquent accounts
Apply industry knowledge and departmental policies to make
appropriate collection decisions
Evaluate customer financial situations and recommend solutions
while managing multiple portfolios
Required Qualifications and Education:
Working knowledge of FDCPA and applicable federal laws
Bachelor's Degree preferred or 1-2 years of equivalent work
experience
Basic accounting knowledge
Working knowledge of Excel and Access
Basic Skip Tracing knowledge
